Question by Daariaaana: Why are artists and musicians seem to be always attracted to damaged girls?

I really like artistic guys like musicians, poets, writers and so on but those kind of guys somehow are always attracted to the mysterious girls who seem to be depressed, shy and artists themselves.
Why?
